1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or utilizing the web platform at https://printportals.xyz ("PrintPortal"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use and our accompanying Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

2. Nature of Software Services

PrintPortal provides cloud-based document formatting, dimension calibration, and CR80 PVC card template rendering software. The platform functions strictly as an automated typesetting, cropping, and printer-tray alignment tool for commercial printing hardware (e.g., Epson L805, L8050, Canon card trays, and thermal transfer ID card printers).

Private Commercial Platform Disclosure: PrintPortal is an independently developed commercial web application. It is NOT affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or representing any government authority, ministry, department, or statutory body (including UIDAI, Election Commission of India, Income Tax Department, or Ministry of Road Transport and Highways).

3. Operator Eligibility & Account Security

Operators must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to operate a retail document, printing, or digital services center (such as a CSC center or Cyber Cafe).
Operators must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials and are solely responsible for all wallet activities and print rendering requests conducted through their account.
Accounts verified via email OTP are non-transferable and may not be rented or shared with unauthorized third parties.

4. Acceptable Use Policy & Legal Compliance

Operators agree to strictly observe the following restrictions:

Legitimate Documents Only: You may only submit and format legitimate, legally acquired documents with the express prior consent of the respective individual/customer.
No Forgery or Falsification: Creating counterfeit cards, modifying document text or photographic likenesses, altering dates, or manufacturing fake identity tokens is strictly prohibited and constitutes an immediate violation of Indian penal laws (IPC Sections 463, 464, and 465).
No Reverse Engineering: You may not scrape, decompile, or exploit our rendering APIs, wallet infrastructure, or automated QR generation routines.

5. Wallet Balances, Top-Ups & Fees

Software Utilization Fee: Formatting jobs deduct small utility credits from the operator's prepaid wallet balance (typically ₹5 to ₹8 per successfully formatted card job).
Prepaid Recharge: Wallets can be recharged via Dynamic UPI QR codes. Payments are authenticated server-side through banking rails.
Non-Transferable: Wallet balances represent software usage credits and cannot be cashed out, transferred to other operators, or redeemed outside the platform, subject to our Refund Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

PrintPortal provides its software on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted server availability or specific print output quality, which depends on operator printer calibration, ink condition, and physical card tray quality.

In no event shall PrintPortal, its creators, or administrators be liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from operator misuse, hardware misconfiguration, or unauthorized customer document processing.
