PrintPortal provides client-side and cloud-assisted document formatting software engineered specifically for Common Service Centers (CSC), cyber cafes, digital printing kiosks, Jan Seva Kendras, and graphic design professionals.

Our tools automate the physical layout conversion of electronic documents into the standard CR80 thermal card specifications (85.6mm × 53.98mm / 300 DPI) required by direct-to-card PVC card printers (including Epson, Canon, Evolis, Zebra, Badgy, and Fargo printers).

What PrintPortal DOES NOT do: PrintPortal does NOT issue, generate, authenticate, modify, re-issue, or verify government identity credentials. We do NOT maintain live API access or database bridges to any government citizen registry.

4. Operator Compliance & User Responsibilities

Any operator or business entity using PrintPortal to process, crop, or format customer documents acknowledges and agrees to the following legal terms:

Lawful Acquisition: The operator must ensure that any document uploaded was lawfully obtained by the rightful document holder from official government portals with valid two-factor authentication (OTP) or digital signature.
Customer Consent: The operator must obtain explicit consent from the citizen before converting their electronic document for local desktop printing.
Prohibition of Counterfeiting: Utilizing this platform to alter credentials, forge security micro-elements, forge signatures, or produce fraudulent identity duplicates is strictly prohibited. Any violation results in immediate account termination, forfeiture of wallet balance, and direct escalation to law enforcement authorities under the Indian Penal Code (IPC / BNS) and Information Technology Act, 2000.
Privacy Safeguards: PrintPortal practices ephemeral memory rendering and zero biometric retention. Operators must never store customer files on unencrypted local drives or share them with unauthorized parties.

5. Limitation of Legal Liability

PrintPortal, its developers, owners, and hosting partners shall not be held liable for any misuse, legal disputes, statutory penalties, or third-party claims arising from unauthorized document handling by kiosk operators, CSC agents, or end users.
