2. Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum required data necessary to operate, authenticate, and bill our operator software services:
- Operator Account Data: Name, phone number, email address, shop/business name, and password hash (bcrypt) provided during operator registration.
- Billing & Financial Records: Wallet balance, recharge amounts, bank UTR reference numbers, and transaction IDs required for accounting reconciliation. We never collect or store debit/credit card numbers or UPI PINs.
- Operational Telemetry: Log timestamps, IP addresses for rate limiting and brute-force defense, and aggregate Google Analytics (GA4) pageview counts to improve platform usability.
3. Document Processing Architecture
When an operator uploads or formats a document (such as Aadhaar e-card, PAN layout, Voter ID, or Driving License):
- Files are parsed in real-time within temporary, volatile execution environments.
- Extracted photos, signatures, and QR codes are arranged into ISO/IEC 7810 ID-1 standard templates (85.60 mm × 53.98 mm) at 300 DPI.
- Output files are immediately delivered to the authorized operator's browser session.
- Temporary memory buffers are purged instantly following output generation.
4. Security Standards & Transit Encryption
All data transmission between the operator's client browser and PrintPortal servers is strictly encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3 / HTTPS) with modern AES-256 ciphers. We enforce HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS), rate-limiting gateways, and automated CSRF and SQL injection defenses.
5. Third-Party Disclosures
PrintPortal does NOT sell, rent, monetize, or disclose operator or customer data to third-party data brokers, marketers, or unauthorized entities. Data is only communicated to:
- Licensed banking and payment aggregators (e.g., Paytm Payments Bank / NPCI) solely to verify and credit digital wallet top-up transactions.
- Transactional email delivery infrastructure (Hostinger Mail REST API) solely to deliver one-time verification passwords (OTPs).

6. Operator Responsibilities & Compliance
Operators utilizing PrintPortal are independent business entities. Operators are strictly responsible for:
- Obtaining explicit informed consent from customers prior to uploading or formatting any personal identity document.
- Complying with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP), 2023.
- Ensuring formatted PVC cards are handed directly to the legitimate document holder and all local print buffers are cleared.
